1. Why does Foremost Staffing have a separate website for it's job listings?
 Foremost Staffing chose to create a separate website so individuals could go directly to our job openings with one simple location in mind without having to worry about looking on our corporate website.  Our corporate website still provides beneficial information about our company but we felt having a job website dedicated to our openings would be much simpler.
2. When do the jobs get posted?
 The jobs are actually posted after we have researched our job candidate database and haven't been able to locate a match.  In some cases, we actually may post the openings in parallel to our candidate search.  Also, even after we have posted to our website we are still actively seeking individuals so don't delay contacting us.  The website is updated usually once a week and sometimes more often so be sure and check frequently.  There is a update date located to the right of "Our Foremost Job Listings" so be sure and check the date first.
3. Why do use email or telephone for contacting you to apply for a job opening?
 In order for Foremost Staffing to match the right candidates to the right positions, our recruiters perform face-to-face interviews.  This interview process has proven invaluable over the years in our success in finding the right person for our clients.  We currently use email or telephone to setup the initial interview because it is the simplest process that our candidates are familiar with.
4. I don't see any positions that match my experience, what can I do?
 Not a problem because many of our jobs never reach the website because we have already matched the right candidate with the position prior to posting it on the website.  If you want a company that will work diligently with you on finding your new career opportunity then contact us and setup an interview time.
